Job summary

Foster + Partners in Nashville is seeking a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to lead BIM workflows across multiple studios and ensure delivery of coordinated models and documentation in line with BIM standards.

The role requires strong Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge, along with mentoring colleagues and supporting best practices in digital project delivery. A degree in Architecture or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
• Proactive attitude and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Confidence using media to develop and document design projects.

Location: Nashville

As a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator at Foster + Partners, you will projects in line with the Foster + Partners BIM & Design Systems standards and strategy. The role acts as a senior point of contact for BIM related activities within project teams for BIM related activities, responsible for ensuring the delivery team is optimised for working in Revit, associated design technologies, workflows, and for delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and other related project documentation.

This role is ideal if you want to:

• Lead project teams and manage BIM workflows across multiple studios.
• Organise, configure and maintain complex Revit projects.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards, procedures and best practices.
• Provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and related applications.
• Mentor colleagues in design systems and digital project delivery.

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
• A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Confidence using various media to develop and document design projects.
• Desirable: experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V‑Ray, Bluebeam or BIM360.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
