Job summary

Foster + Partners in Nashville is seeking a Designer to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio working on one of the city’s high‑profile schemes. You’ll contribute across design stages on medium to large projects, developing your skills with a globally connected team that values innovation and mentorship.

You will bring 1–5 years of experience, an Architecture degree, and strong design thinking. Proficiency in Revit with Rhino/Grasshopper and Adobe Creative Suite is required to produce

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Architecture (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
• 1–5 years of professional experience on medium to large‑scale architectural projects.
• Strong design thinking with the ability to develop, articulate and present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Revit with experience using Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce clear Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA).
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
