Job summary

Foster + Partners in Nashville is seeking a BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to guide multidisciplinary teams on design projects, ensuring delivery aligns with Foster + Partners BIM standards and workflows. You will optimize Revit-based deliverables and coordinate data, reports, and project documentation across the design phases.

Description

As a BIM & Design Systems Coordinator at Foster + Partners, you will support the production of BIM deliverables by working with and guiding multidisciplinary teams on design projects in line with the Foster + Partners BIM & Design Systems standards and strategy. The role acts as a point of contact within project teams for BIM related activities on project(s), responsible for ensuring the delivery team is optimised for working in Revit, associated design technologies, workflows, and for delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and other related project documentation.

What you will bring to the team

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
• A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Confidence using various media to develop and document design projects.
• Desirable: experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V‑Ray, Bluebeam or BIM360.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
