Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a registered architecture degree, and strong Revit capabilities to deliver Construction Documentation and Administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience on large-scale or complex projects.
• Architecture degree with relevant professional accreditation (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
• Strong technical capability delivering work to a high professional standard.
• Proficient Revit skills with ability to produce clear CD/CA documentation.
• Proactive, organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Work across all project design stages with a strong focus on Construction Documentation, Administration and Delivery.
• Take ownership of specific areas of design and contribute to large-scale project development.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
