BLOX is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to develop data-rich model content, maintain BIM standards, and support collaboration across design, manufacturing, and construction teams. This hands-on role uses Revit, Inventor, Forma, and Dynamo to optimize project workflows and data delivery.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure constructability, perform clash detection, and contribute to custom tooling that enhances data integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BIM coordination in multidisciplinary design and construction environments.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience curating information-rich models.
• Working knowledge of Forma, Inventor, and Fabrication CADmep.
• General understanding of building systems and familiarity with construction/manufacturing.
• Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other scripting/automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across design, manufacturing, and construction.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to explore and adopt new technology.
• Experience in modular, prefabrication, or manufacturing-driven construction preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop information-rich Revit and Inventor model content supporting design, manufacturing, and construction.
• Provide clash detection and constructability reviews using Forma Model Coordination.
• Uphold and contribute to BIM standards across projects.
• Support teams in using Forma.
• Apply knowledge of construction sequencing to improve model accuracy and planning.
• Research and implement tools to streamline data handoffs between teams.
• Develop and implement custom tools/workflows using Dynamo, Grasshopper, AI, or other programming solutions.
• Adopt new software tools related to automation and information delivery.
• Provide just-in-time training for Revit and Forma users.
• Collaborate across disciplines to resolve design and coordination challenges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
