Job summary

FXCollaborative, an established Brooklyn-based design firm, seeks a talented BIM Manager with 8+ years of experience. The role focuses on Revit-driven delivery, standards creation, and data-informed workflows to support diverse project teams.

You will lead BIM kick-offs, manage cloud collaboration tools, and advance computational analysis and visualization initiatives across a range of scales and project types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years BIM delivery experience focused on design and analysis integration.
• Expert in Revit; familiarity with Revit API is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick-offs, set up Revit files and other models.
• Develop BIM standards, workflows, and data-driven initiatives.
• Manage cloud collaboration tools and coordinate with project teams.
• Coordinate with visualization/ VR and data integration efforts.
