Job summary

BLOX is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to develop data-rich model content and uphold BIM standards across design, manufacturing, and construction teams. The role involves hands-on work in Revit, Inventor, Forma, and CADmep, emphasizing process optimization and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will advance project workflows through scripting and automation, contribute to model accuracy, and support coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM models across design, manufacturing, and construction environments.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and creating information-rich models.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma, Inventor, and Fabrication CADmep.
• Understanding of building systems and construction sequencing.
• Experience with scripting/automation tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper).
• Ability to work with diverse teams and drive data-driven coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop rich Revit and Inventor models to support design, manufacturing, and construction.
• Perform clash detection and constructability reviews using Forma Model Coordination.
• Maintain BIM standards across projects and teams.
• Support design, manufacturing, and construction teams with Forma usage.
• Apply sequencing knowledge to improve model accuracy and planning.
• Research tools to streamline data handoffs between teams.
• Create workflows using Dynamo/Grasshopper to improve data integration.
• Provide training for Revit and Forma users.
• Collaborate to resolve design and coordination challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
