Job summary

Wesbuilt is seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling efforts on assigned construction projects in New York and the Tri-State area. You will ensure model accuracy, enforce BEP standards, and support design, planning, and construction teams with BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of BIM/VDC management experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 and Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain federated BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms.
• Ensure models adhere to BEP and company standards on each project.
• Conduct regular model audits for geometry accuracy and data organization.
• Manage model version control and BIM 360/ACC data environments.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly coordination meetings with design consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Run clash detection and generate coordination reports using Navisworks or Revizto.
• Document progress and report resolution status to the project manager.
• Provide coordinated shop drawings and penetrations layouts to field teams.
• Serve as BIM liaison between internal design, field, and external stakeholders.
