Job summary

Precis Engineering + Architecture is seeking a BIM Coordinator for its Ambler, PA office. You will implement, coordinate, and execute BIM processes across projects, ensuring accurate 3D models and digital documentation aligned with firm standards and project requirements.

The role acts as a technical lead, collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients to support model-based workflows and project success. A creative, collaborative approach is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of professional BIM-based experience in architectural or multidisciplinary environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across disciplines from schematic design through construction administration.
• Establish and maintain BEPs, modeling standards, and workflows.
• Assist in developing BIM standards, templates, and libraries; train staff in BIM tools and workflows.
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers; serve as BIM point of contact.
