Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a VDC Designer / BIM Coordinator to support large-scale construction projects in Boise, Idaho, on-site. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and coordinating detailed 3D BIM models using Revit with Navisworks for clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.

You'll work with engineers, contractors, and field teams to ensure model accuracy, maintain file structures and BIM libraries, and prepare construction-ready drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within the AEC industry.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or other mission-critical projects preferred.
• 2+ years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models using Revit in accordance with project specs.
• Perform clash detection, model federation, and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between MEP, structural, architectural, and other disciplines.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and field teams to maintain model accuracy.
• Maintain standardized file structures, naming conventions, model organization, and BIM libraries.
• Prepare construction-ready documentation, drawings, and model views for field use.
