Job summary

MMR Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Austin, TX to design models, coordinate with trades, and prepare as-built drawings for complex projects. The role requires strong BIM skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support project teams on site.

The candidate will work with site foremen and project management to resolve issues, perform field measurements, and ensure drawings meet code requirements. Must have BIM coordination experience and proficiency in Revit and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience as BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler.
• Proficient in MEP Revit and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong accuracy and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design models including coordination, shop drawings, and as-builts.
• Model content and coordinate with other trades and site team.
• Prepare wiring and equipment sketches per specs.
• Review drawings for conflicts and code compliance.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals; maintain logs.
• Perform site surveys and field measurements as needed.
• Identify and resolve drawing issues with stakeholders.
