Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Electrical BIM Designer to develop and coordinate electrical models and drawings within BIM environments. You will collaborate with engineers, project teams, and field personnel to ensure constructible, code-compliant designs for complex projects in Atlanta.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical detailing or modeling, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and a strong eye for clash detection and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electrical design or drafting.
• At least 2 years of electrical detailing or modeling experience.
• Experience with BIM coordination and code-compliant designs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates electrical models and drawings in BIM environments (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Collaborates with engineers and field teams to ensure constructible designs.
• Coordinates model clashes and integrates project specifications and codes.
• Maintains documentation and version control for design revisions.
