About the Role

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating digital models, drawings and project information across multiple disciplines, ensuring that design and installation teams are working from accurate and coordinated information.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers, subcontractors and design teams to identify clashes, improve coordination and support efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination within commercial construction, MEP or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP coordination.
• Experience working with Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades within a commercial construction environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with both office-based design teams and field personnel.
