LotusWorks in Manassas, VA is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support model coordination, clash detection, and documentation within industrial project teams. You will work with Navisworks and CAD tools, manage the common data environment, track issues, and help improve BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on BIM coordination in industrial projects.
• Experience with Navisworks required.
• CAD software experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with model coordination using BIM software and collaboration platforms.
• Support clash detection workflows and coordination meetings.
• Review models for project standards and naming conventions.
• Organize and manage model files within the CDE.
• Track coordination issues and support resolution workflows.
• Assist with site scanning activities and processing point cloud data.
