Actalent in Whippany, NJ is seeking a BIM Coordinator to create and manage detailed MEP BIM models and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will coordinate with engineers, designers, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve clashes with other trades.

You will coordinate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-builts for field installation, ensure compliance with design standards, and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC BIM/VDC coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit for BIM coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Autodesk/Revit accreditation or completion of an accredited CAD/BIM program.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, sheet metal, and piping layout.
• Experience with clash detection and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Whippany, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
