Job summary

MOREgroup in the United States is seeking a BIM Analyst to join the Digital Practice – Technology team. You will build automation, data pipelines, and dashboards to convert model data into actionable insights and streamline workflows.

The role emphasizes programming in Python/C#, Revit API, and ACC integrations, with mentoring duties and collaboration with Project Delivery and BIM Operations across multiple offices in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• 4+ years experience in AEC design technology, BIM, or software development.
• Proficiency with Python/C# and Revit API; experience with Dynamo/Grasshopper and APS/ACC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using in-house add-ins, Python/C#, and Revit API.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from Revit, ACC, and related platforms.
• Create dashboards and reports for model health, data quality, and metrics.
• Act as technical escalation for firm tools and workflows.
• Mentor staff in scripting, data practices, and technology workflows.
• Analyze BIM data to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Integrate design technology platforms via APIs and ensure interoperability.
• Prototype emerging technologies and document findings for adoption.
• Maintain documentation, deployment packages, and version control.
• Collaborate with Digital Practice - Services to pilot solutions and train teams.
