Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a BIM Analyst to join the Digital Practice – Technology team. The role focuses on turning model data into actionable insights, automating workflows, and advancing design technology capabilities across projects.

The candidate will develop automation using Python/C# and Revit API, build data pipelines, and create dashboards to track model health and metrics. Hybrid work in multiple US offices is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Architecture field.
• 4+ years in AEC design technology, BIM, or software dev.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C# with Revit API experience.
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using in-house add-ins, Python/C#, and Revit API.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from Revit, ACC, and related platforms.
• Create dashboards and reports for model health and metrics.
• Mentor staff in scripting, data practices, and technology workflows.
• Analyze BIM data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
