Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a BIM Analyst within its Digital Practice – Technology team to develop automation, integrations, and data-driven solutions that enhance design technology ecosystem. The role turns model data into insights, automates workflows, and advances capabilities for both Digital Practice and Project Delivery teams.

The candidate will design, build, and maintain automation via Python/C#, Revit API, and ACC, while creating dashboards and data pipelines across multiple platforms, and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture required.
  • 4+ years of experience in AEC design technology, BIM, or software development in a project-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C# with hands-on Revit API, Dynamo/Grasshopper, and Autodesk Platform Services.
  • Experience building data visualizations and reports in Power BI or comparable analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to coach others in their use.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using in-house add-ins, Python/C#, and the Revit API to streamline production workflows.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform, and centralize model and project data from Revit, ACC, and adjacent platforms.
  • Create dashboards and reports delivering model health, data quality, and metrics as defined with BIM Operations and Digital Practice leadership.
  • Serve as the technical escalation resource for firm-developed tools and workflows.
  • Mentor staff in scripting, data practices, and technology workflows; improve automation literacy through coaching and documentation.
  • Analyze BIM data to identify workflow inefficiencies, standards deviations, and automation opportunities.
  • Administer and integrate design technology platforms via APIs and support interoperability between firm systems.
  • Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies; document findings and adoption paths.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment packages, and version control for tools and scripts.
  • Collaborate with Digital Practice - Services to gather requirements, pilot solutions, and support rollout.
