Job summary

MOREgroup, a family of architecture design and engineering brands, is seeking a BIM Analyst to join its Digital Practice Technology team in a hybrid Reno office. You will build automation, develop data pipelines, and create dashboards that translate model data into actionable insights for project delivery.

You will collaborate with BIM Operations and leadership to improve workflows, coach staff on scripting, and evaluate new technologies to advance the firm’s design technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in AEC design tech, BIM, or software development in a project-based setting.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C# with hands-on Revit API, Dynamo/Grasshopper, and Autodesk Platform Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using in-house add-ins, Python/C#, and Revit API to streamline production workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines extracting and centralizing model and project data from Revit, ACC, and adjacent platforms.
• Create dashboards and reports delivering model health, data quality, and metrics to BIM Operations and Digital Practice leadership.
• Serve as technical escalation resource for firm tools, add-ins, and automated workflows.
• Mentor staff in scripting, data practices, and technology workflows; boost automation literacy through training and documentation.
• Analyze BIM data to identify inefficiencies, deviations, and automation opportunities across the practice.
• Integrate design technology platforms via APIs and support interoperability between firm systems.
• Evaluate prototypes and benchmark emerging technologies supporting R&D initiatives; document findings.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment packages, and version control for firm tools.
• Partner with Digital Practice Services to gather requirements, pilot solutions, and support rollout.
