Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a BIM Analyst to join its Digital Practice Technology team. This role builds automation and data-driven solutions that enhance the design technology ecosystem, turning model data into actionable insights, automating workflows, and supporting the Digital Practice and Project Delivery teams.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years in AEC design technology or software development, with proficiency in Python or C, Revit

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in AEC design technology BIM or software development within a project based environment.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C with hands on experience in the Revit API, Dynamo, Grasshopper and Autodesk Platform Services.
• Experience building data visualizations and reports in Power BI or comparable analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate practice needs into technical solutions and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using in-house add-ins, Python/C and the Revit API.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform and centralize model and project data.
• Create dashboards and reports delivering model health, data quality, and metrics.
• Serve as technical escalation resource for tools and automated workflows.
• Mentor staff in scripting and technology workflows; enhance automation literacy.
• Analyze BIM data to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Administer and integrate design tech platforms via APIs and support interoperability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and document adoption paths.
• Maintain documentation and version control for tools and scripts.
• Collaborate with Digital Practice Services to pilot solutions and support rollout.
