Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Concrete Detailer for preconstruction roles on complex structural concrete projects in California. You will develop and manipulate detailed 3D models, participate in BIM coordination, and help identify constructability issues before field work begins.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of structural concrete experience, strong AutoCAD and BIM skills, and the ability to translate drawings into accurate 3D models while collaborating closely with Project Engineers and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on structural concrete experience.
• Strong AutoCAD and BIM skills with Revit experience.
• Ability to translate structural drawings into accurate 3D models.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build and manipulate detailed 3D models of structural concrete systems in preconstruction.
• Participate in BIM coordination with MEP contractors and stakeholders.
• Review drawings to identify missing information and constructability concerns.
• Generate RFIs and communicate discrepancies to engineers before field work.
• Collaborate with engineers, field teams and superintendents as projects move to construction.
• Support detailing with understanding of structural systems, formwork and sequencing.
