McHugh Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a project BIM technician to assist in managing submittals, RFIs, and ASIs, while maintaining a 3D model of concrete work for field use. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaboration with the general contractor and project team.

The candidate will support clash detection, coordinate with the superintendent, and ensure plans are followed. Requires an associate degree or higher and BIM familiarity, with Tekla as a strong plus.

Formación

• Associates degree or higher is required.
• 1-2 years construction experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills required. BIM experience with Tekla is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and create 3D computer model of cast-in-place concrete work using model coordinates.
• Assist in discovery of design errors and interference issues.
• Create models to show 3D representations to general contractor or owner.
• Generate, draft and track RFIs and submittals for review and approval.
