We are actively seeking a Billings Associate to join our Finance Organization as a key member of the Revenue Team, reporting to the Revenue Manager. The Billings Associate will help process billing transactions in coordination with the billing team, review contracts, and document significant transactions according to company policies. This role will also assist in streamlining processes within Revenue Accounting and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily billing functions, including addressing customer billing concerns or requests.
2. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers daily.
3. Track and maintain invoice statuses for upload to customer portals.
4. Review contracts to ensure invoices align with Order Forms, collaborating with Sales and Legal as needed.
5. Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing tasks.
6. Support ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Revenue Manager.
7. Participate in audits by providing required information.
8. Maintain open purchase order reports for customers requiring purchase orders.
9. Support billing requests from the Acquia Online Store platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-3 years of billing and order entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SFDC or other CRM systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of general ledger systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Intacct).
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player capable of working independently and proactively.
