The Independence House of Fostoria seeks a reliable Billing Office Manager to oversee resident financial operations at our long-term care facility, emphasizing accuracy and integrity in handling funds. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and billing processes is essential.

You will manage the resident trust fund, perform daily banking, posting, and reconciliations, and coordinate with the team on financial reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience and/or knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement.
• Consolidation of billing and management of resident trust accounts.
• Completing daily cash/check deposits and daily financial reporting.
• Handling purchase orders for the facility and weekend/evening availability.
• Previous work in a long-term care facility preferred; minimum two years is ideal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the resident trust fund and daily banking activities.
• Post cash transactions and perform daily/monthly cash reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Social Security, State and Medicaid regulations.
• Handle collections and Social Security Rep Payee management.
