Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Product Manager for Billing Transformation in the United States to own the end-to-end billing capability across the order-to-cash process. The role requires deep understanding of how ordering, provisioning, entitlements, and invoices impact billing outcomes, and close collaboration with IT and business partners.

You will lead discovery sessions, drive requirements, and partner across functions to identify upstream root causes of billing failures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant Product Management in agile software development.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing capability roadmap across the end-to-end order-to-cash ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Ordering, Provisioning, Rate Plans & Offers, Contracts & Entitlements, and Billing Integration.
• Lead discovery and requirements work without dedicated BA support.
