Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; accounting coursework preferred.
• 2–4 years of billing, timekeeping, or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; knowledge of billing systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process agency and EOR billing accurately and on time.
• Review and audit timecards for client authorization and mileage.
• Reconcile time and attendance data in the system.
• Maintain and reconcile e-billing invoices and audits.
• Generate reports using Excel/Access and other approved systems.
• Ensure compliance with billing requirements and confidentiality.
