Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; accounting coursework preferred.
• 2-4 years of billing, timekeeping, or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Working knowledge of billing, HCM, and payroll systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoice Management: process agency and EOR billing accurately and on time.
• Review and audit timecards for client authorization and signatures.
• Maintain and reconcile e-billing invoices; follow up on discrepancies.
• Post invoices in the e-billing system; conduct audits.
• Ensure compliance with billing requirements from vendors, clients, and regional centers.
• Maintain accurate billing records and adherence to cycles.
• Timekeeping & Data Accuracy: review timecards; resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile time and attendance data; troubleshoot software issues.
• Train staff on timekeeping procedures.
• Communication & Coordination: maintain cross-departmental communication.
• Respond to billing inquiries; support during high-volume periods.
• Auditing & Reporting: run pay stub audits and generate Excel/Access reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
