Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a IT analyst to enhance third-party billing systems and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable billing solutions that boost customer experience. This office-based role operates on a hybrid schedule, with eligible employees able to work from home up to one day per week.

You will analyze data, document requirements, support changes, and train users while ensuring confidentiality and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years supporting, testing and documenting IT systems
• Experience with billing systems in cable/telecom is helpful
• Ability to analyze and document requirements
• Strong communication across management levels
• Confidentiality and independent work ethic

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing systems to identify improvements at user and system levels
• Document software requirements and user procedures for Spectrum’s billing operations
• Support mass adjustments, reporting, interfaces, security and outage management
• Respond to Change Request and Issue Management; provide on-site support
• Train system users for effective utilization
• Collaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and process measurement
• Contribute to project scheduling and status reporting
