Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing systems to identify performance improvements at user and system levels
• Develop software requirements and document user procedures for billing operations
• Support mass adjustments, reporting, interfaces, security and outage management
• Respond to Change Request Management and Issue Management requests; provide on-site support
• Train and assist system users for effective utilization
• Collaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and measurement
• Contribute to project scheduling, workload monitoring and status reporting
