Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, is seeking an IT Analyst to enhance and support our third-party billing systems. You will analyze data, document procedures, and collaborate with teams to drive improvements across user and system levels.

Join us in an office-based role with a hybrid schedule; eligible employees may work from home up to one day per week. A Bachelor’s in IT and 1–2+ years in IT systems is expected, with strong Excel/Access skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing systems to identify and implement ongoing performance improvements at both user and system levels.
• Assist in developing software requirements and document user methods and procedures for Spectrum's billing operations.
• Support mass adjustments, reporting, interfaces, security and outage management within Spectrum's billing environment.
• Respond to requests through Change Request Management, Issue Management and on-site support to resolve user needs.
• Train and assist system users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Collaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and process measurement while providing lockbox tape support as needed.
• Contribute to project scheduling, workload monitoring and status reporting to maintain project momentum.

Required Qualifications

Education
