Job summary

Movate is seeking a technical billing support specialist in Utah to resolve customer billing issues via chat and email. The role requires 2+ years working with CDN and DNS tools and a solid IT or related background.

The ideal candidate understands billing platforms, can troubleshoot, and communicates clearly with customers. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Stripe, and MacOS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent).
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or billing.
• Experience researching and resolving client billing issues with standard tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present actionable insights.
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MacOS.
• Basic understanding of CDN, DNS, and domain registration.
• Proficient with ticketing systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Stripe and other billing platforms preferred.

• This is a technical billing support position. Where you will be resolving the customers billing issues over chat & email. We are looking for someone who has 2 years of experience working with Content Delivery Network and Domain Name System tool.
