Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a billing leader for the transportation sector. You will head a team of billing experts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing for transportation services.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to design and support end-to-end billing solutions for internal and external customers, driving ongoing process improvements and monitoring performance to meet compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years’ related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 3 years’ related experience.
• Master’s degree with 1 year of related experience.
• Ph.D. with up to 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor billing and payment reports, identify issues, and develop resolution strategies for transportation.

• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and flawless execution in transportation billing.
• Prepare regular updates for management on billing and payment processes and status in transportation.
• Ensure SOX, RevRec606 compliance and alignment with transportation policies.
• Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness in transportation billing.
