Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager, RCM – Billing Strategy & Process Excellence. The role shapes and drives strategic initiatives across end-to-end billing and revenue operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to evolve billing infrastructure as Walmart's advertising business grows.

The position offers exposure across advertising and cross-functional platforms, emphasizing business strategy, technology, and transformation rather than a single function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Program Management, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from discovery to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes including billing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation.
• Analytical and financial acumen with KPI development and impact assessment.
• Ability to translate problems into clear business and technical requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex billing/process initiatives.
• Participate in Product and Engineering discovery and roadmap discussions.
• Identify upstream/downstream billing impacts.
• Translate operational pain points into requirements and BRDs.
• Drive UAT and billing readiness for launches.
• Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring billing issues.
• Establish governance/RACI across initiatives.
• Partner with Finance/Controllership on financial and revenue impacts.
• Identify opportunities for scalable process improvement, AI, and automation.
