Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager, RCM – Billing Strategy & Process Excellence. The role shapes and drives strategic initiatives across end-to-end billing and revenue operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to evolve billing infrastructure as Walmart's advertising business grows.

The position offers exposure across advertising and cross-functional platforms, emphasizing business strategy, technology, and transformation rather than a single function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Program Management, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from discovery to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes including billing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation.
• Analytical and financial acumen with KPI development and impact assessment.
• Ability to translate problems into clear business and technical requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Position Summary…

The Senior Manager, RCM – Billing Strategy & Process Excellence is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen Walmart Connect’s end-to-end billing and revenue operations.

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team integrates business, finance, products and technology to oversee the complete order-to-cash process for Walmart Connect. Focused on safeguarding revenue and financial integrity, the team enhances billing accuracy, accelerates cash flow, and streamlines workflows through data-driven solutions and automation. Collaborating across functions, they drive process improvements and operational excellence to support business growth and new product launches.

This person will have the opportunity to influence how Walmart Connect’s billing and revenue infrastructure evolves as the advertising business grows.
The role provides exposure across advertising, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations and gives the individual an opportunity to influence major platforms and processes rather than manage one isolated function.

What you’ll do…

The person will spend their time:

  Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Program Management, Process Transformation, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from discovery through implementation.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, revenue recognition, reconciliation, collections, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in reconciliation, variance analysis, KPI development, and business-impact assessment.
• Experience translating operational/business problems into clear business and technical requirements and partnering with Product and Engineering to implement solutions.
• Advanced level expertise of Microsoft Office tools
  Preferred Qualifications
• Advertising, digital media, or retail media experience.
• Experience influencing Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Experience with large-scale billing or financial-system transformations.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI/automation opportunities within operational workflows.
• Familiarity with BI/data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

  The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
