Clarity Care, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our Accounting team.

You will manage timely, accurate multi-payor billing and maintain paperless records using our software, while supporting close processes. Ideal candidates have an Accounting degree or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Competenze

• Technical or Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, time management and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Timely, accurate billing across multiple payors.
• Maintain paperless records and records management systems.
• Prepare ad hoc leadership reports.
