The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of billing experience, is proficient with MINTS software and MS Office, and can work a fixed schedule Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year billing experience required.
• MINTS billing software experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must be willing and able to work a fixed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and account updates.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned.
