Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP is hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable specialist in Hilo, Hawaii. The role involves researching customer accounts, initiating contact on delinquencies, and coordinating repayment plans with clients.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, sending past-due notices, and following up on arrangements. Onsite work and a 40-hour week with a first shift are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform customer/client account research, review delinquent accounts, and work with customers/clients to establish a mutually agreeable re-payment plan in accordance with Accounts Receivable guidelines.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls as needed.
• Initiate contact with customers/clients regarding their account status.
• Submit past-due notifications to patients.
• Follow-up on missed re-payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with local Sales collaboration in handling client accounts.
• Track delinquent accounts to ensure status moves current.
