You will assist in bill production for subscribers and groups, perform reconciliations, process mailed payments and DPS, and help maintain efficient delinquency and cancellation processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently process group and direct payments from walk-in members and groups while providing an exceptional HMSA Center experience.
• Analyze and research inquiries from customers relating to billing and payments; respond promptly to needs; understand HMSA systems.
• Assist in bill production for individual subscribers and groups; perform reconciliations to balance billing, A/R, and electronic bill presentment systems.
