Responsabilidades

• Perform customer/account research and establish repayment plans per AR guidelines.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls as needed.
• Initiate contact regarding account status and send past-due notifications.
• Follow up on missed repayment arrangements and coordinate with Sales on client accounts.
• Track delinquent accounts and report seriously delinquent cases to leadership.
