Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable or accounts payable.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing to customers.
• Identify and prevent duplicate billing and errors.
• Support the billing cycle from carrier invoices to client payment.
