Qualifications

• 2–3 years of invoicing, billing, AR, cash applications, or collections experience.
• Experience managing customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Review billing data for completeness and proper approvals.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Apply customer payments to correct accounts (ACH, check, wire, card).
• Assist with AR aging reviews and month-end close activities.
