Job summary

Renova One is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, payments, and collections. You will maintain accurate customer accounts, post payments, and support the cash application process to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

The role partners with internal teams to resolve billing questions and aging receivables while maintaining strong customer relationships. Based in Jacksonville, FL, this position offers growth within a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience posting payments, cash application, collections, and billing.
• Excellent communication with customers on outstanding balances.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and statements based on contracts and service agreements.
• Receive, post payments via checks, ACH, wire, and card transactions.
• Monitor aging and follow up on past-due accounts with collection strategies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with teams.
• Post invoices to portals and meet billing deadlines.
• Maintain AR records in RFMS and other systems per policy.
• Prepare AR reports, aging analyses, and cash receipt summaries.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities and audits.
• Assist with process improvements and automation in AR operations.
