Falck US is seeking a Billing Specialist I to start your journey in Billing by owning Verification, Coding support, and Processing tasks within our Billing system.

You don’t need prior billing experience; we will teach you. This role is a stepping stone with potential progression to Billing Specialist II or III, Billing Auditor, or Lead, supported by training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with data and systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Eager to learn and grow in healthcare administration

Responsibilities

• Work on the Billing process using SOPs and checklists.
• Review data from systems and PCRs for completeness and basic accuracy.
• Complete daily queue of tasks in Billing system (Logis) and portals.
• Escalate unclear or complex cases to more experienced billers or Billing Manager.
• Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to improve.
