You will create invoices in Vista, ensure approvals, and promptly submit them via portal or email while resolving issues and following up on aging balances. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and good communication with billing staff,

Qualifications

• Attention to details and following billing procedures.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables) and Outlook.
• Keyboarding and 10-key preferred.
• Strong business communications skills with billing staff, operations and customers.
• Organizational skills for document retention and audit controls.
• Basic problem-solving to review, assess and resolve issues.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing of completed work to customer.
• Review of all work documents and submitted billing in preparation of customer invoices.
• Create invoices in Vista following established guidelines and approvals.
• Timely submission of invoices to customer via portal or email.
• Resolve issues or rejected submissions promptly.
• Follow up with customers on unpaid aging invoices.
