Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Billing Specialist for Business Insurance. You will manage renewal billing tasks, process invoices and endorsements, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and timely closes.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to read complex documents, and strong written and oral communication. Hybrid work options are available, with a focus on reliable, accurate billing across teams.

• Ability to read and interpret complex documents.
• Extreme attention to detail to detect errors.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsabilités

• Process renewal of billing tasks from initiation through final invoicing, maintaining accuracy and meeting renewal deadlines.
• Process audits and endorsements invoices and verifying accuracy.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and root causes; implement and post timely, accurate corrections.
• Serve as primary liaison between the Regional Accounting team and Service teams to coordinate billing activities, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
• Respond to billing inquiries from office staff and clients, providing clear explanations and guidance to resolve questions.
• Reconcile invoiced billings against policy records and accounting ledgers; identify and resolve variances to maintain balanced accounts.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and payment due dates in all invoice and billing activities.
