Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking a Billing Specialist in the United States to gather information and execute client billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and internal controls.

You will collaborate across departments to resolve billing queries, support month-end close, and act as the subject matter expert for the billing software while contributing to revenue recognition and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance knowledge required.
• Minimum of three years customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and execute billing for clients.
• Ensure accuracy of the billing process per contracts and internal/external controls.
• Work across departments on billing queries.
• Identify and communicate billing issues to Billing Manager.
• Support Billing Manager in identifying process issues and implementing changes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Billing software.
• Ensure processes and controls support accurate revenue recognition.
• Provide analysis support for monthly revenue closing.
