Based in Beloit, WI, this full-time position emphasizes accurate billing, timely adjustments, and customer-facing support. Remote work is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in billing, payments, finance operations, or revenue support.
• Experience working in high-volume, detail-heavy environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software.
• Advanced comfort with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing operations and payment processing.
• Monitor billing inboxes, calls, and customer inquiries; document interactions in CRM.
• Investigate credits, refunds, waivers, and claims; prepare supporting evidence.
• Support payment application documentation and cross-reference Merchant IDs.
• Process refunds (Credit Card and ACH) and ensure PCI compliance requirements.
