Surgical Information Systems (SIS) is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the financial health of the business. You will manage recurring revenue billing, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to month-end close and audits.

In this role you will help resolve client disputes and improve billing processes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting or billing, experience with Netsuite, Excel, and Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in accounting or billing.
• Experience with AR and cash application processes.
• Experience with Soft Collections and handling client inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Review contracts to understand billing requirements and input orders.
• Generate invoices and respond to client inquiries on billing.
• Assist with credit risk analysis and cash application issues.
• Support month-end close and year-end audit activities.
• Maintain client data across systems for consistency.
