• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned accounts with daily follow-up on billing and claims reconciliation.
• Processing billing to payers and investigating claim denials to ensure payment is received.
• Maintaining account receivable spreadsheets and balances accurately.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to resolve billing issues.
• Reporting payer-related concerns and providing software performance analysis to the Billing Supervisor.
• Ensuring compliance with internal billing procedures and confidentiality requirements.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Billing Supervisor.

Pay Range

$21.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
