Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience.
• Experience processing invoices from start to finish.
• Familiarity with rebills and billing adjustments.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an Accounting Specialist - Billing to join a busy accounting team supporting high-volume service billing operations. This role is ideal for someone with billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others, and helping ensure invoices are accurate and processed on time. This opportunity is moving quickly, with interviews beginning immediately and the hiring team prepared to make a decision quickly.

This is a 4-month contract position located in SeaTac, WA and is 100% onsite with free parking provided.

Position Summary

The Accounting Specialist - Billing is responsible for processing invoices, reviewing billing activity, resolving discrepancies, maintaining account records, and supporting customers and internal teams with billing-related questions. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate billing, timely revenue recognition, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
